The delivery fees for picking up at the convenient stores and delivery by post in Taiwan will be covered by mittag. If there is an emergency, special pickup requests, and it must be arranged with express delivery, home delivery, etc. The freight shall be paid by the buyer.
The freight for overseas (NT$500) shall be paid by the buyer.
The buyer has a seven-day appreciation period for the goods (except for the customisation), within 7 days from the date of receiving goods (including holidays), unconditional refund or replacement of other goods (replacement price gap shall be paid or refund accordingly), the goods are only provided for one replacement service.
The status of the seven-day appreciation period service does not include:
• Customized products: products are originally requested by consumers.
• Customized processing products: including laser engraving, manual stamping, etc...
• Customized material products: with mittag design, but the material is customized by the customer (such as platinum, gold, etc...). If there is any dispute, the judgement is according to mittag website posted materials.
If you need to apply for return, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org or line@ID:@tpv6715n, within 7 days from the date of receiving goods (including holidays), we will contact you to arrange returning the goods.
When returning the goods, returned items must be returned in the original packaging and unworn, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, you can choose either full refund or the product replacement (the replacement price gap shall be paid or refund accordingly), and mittag will cover the return shipping costs. Product defectives are defined as missing parts or products that are damaged or incomplete.
